Nissan revamped the controversially styled Quest to make it more relevant for minivan buyers. The centrally-mounted gauges are moved to the driver's side for improved visibility and ergonomics. A new central console between the front seats adds convenient extra storage bins. Unlike other minivans, the shift lever is mounted on the dashboard, next to the climate control knobs. Exterior styling is slightly updated. The most notable change is the less cluttered Infiniti G35-inspired grille. Engine output from the standard 3.5L V-6 remains 240-bhp/242 lb.-ft. An optional RearView Monitor system improves rear visibility when backing up. These minor updates will allow the Quest to appeal to a wider clientele.
