Midsize wagons are a specialty of Volvo, and the latest V70 is the third iteration of this popular model. Available in FWD or AWD, the V70 is powered by a 235-bhp 3.2L inline-6 engine mated to a 6-speed automatic. Volvo claims a 0-60 MPH time of 7.8 seconds for the V70. Available options include a navigation system, wood trim, power tailgate, adaptive cruise control, front and rear park assist, leather seats, and roof rails. The V70 has a comprehensive set of safety features such as collision warning, lane departure warning, driver alert control, stability control (DSTC), and blind spot information system (BLIS). Cargo capacity with the rear seats folded is 72.1 cu. ft. (33.3 cu. ft. with the seats up). Towing capacity is 3,300 lbs.

What Changed:

The V70/XC70 wears a revised grille for 2010. A new V70 R-Design model has been added. The V70 R-Design wears 18-inch wheels/tires. Other visual differences include a tailgate spoiler, unique instrument cluster, sport steering wheel, and sport pedals. The XC70 T6 has new wheels and additional standard equipment.
