The Yaris is the smallest and least expensive car sold in the United States as a Toyota. Two body styles are offered: a 3-door hatchback and a 5-door hatchback. The two models are nearly identical except for the two extra doors. A 1.5l four-cylinder engine produces 106 horsepower and is rated at 30/35 (city/highway) by the EPA. The SE trim level (5-door only) adds alloy wheels, a unique grille mesh, and a rear spoiler for an upgraded appearance. In this rapidly expanding segment there are comparably priced alternatives with better fuel economy, more standard equipment and disc brakes.
