What Changed:

After a long absence, a five-door Honda Civic model returns to the U.S. market. The LX, Sport, EX and Sport Touring models are powered by a 1.5l turbocharged four-cylinder engine rated at 174-bhp. Transmission choices include a six-speed manual and CVT. The hatchback also serves for the basis of the high performance Type-R model which is offered in the U.S. market for the first time. The Type-R equips a 306-bhp four-cylinder and six-speed manual transmission.
