What Changed

All GM full-size SUVS are new for 2021 including the Chevrolet Tahoe and the longer wheelbase Suburban. Tahoe models are larger in almost every dimension, gaining over 4 inches in wheelbase and almost 7 inches in overall length. The familiar 5.3l V8 (355-hp) returns and the 6.2l V8 (420-hp) is available on more trim levels. The big news is the arrival of a more efficient 3.0l six-cylinder diesel engine with the same torque rating as the 6.2l. Pricing starts around $50,000 and increases based on trim level and powertrain.
