BMW
What if you could have the other-roads capability of BMW's celebrated X5, combined into one vehicle with the presence and remarkable driving dynamics of a BMW Coupe? The BMW X6 Sports Activity Coupe is equally at home taking the family skiing, or taking a few laps around the Nurburgring.
The superb, even remarkable driving dynamics of the X6 are attributable to another BMW innovation: Dynamic Performance Control. DPC distributes torque as required in all situations, feeding a varying degree of power and torque to the two rear wheels. DPC is the only system of its kind able to provide its stabilizing effect both under acceleration and deceleration.
The X6 is available with a choice of twin-turbocharged engines. The X6 xDrive35i features BMW's TwinPower Turbo 3.0-liter twin-scroll turbo inline-6 with 300 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. The X6 xDrive50i features BMW's 4.4-liter twin-turbo V-8 with 400 horsepower and 450 lb-ft of torque. Both models feature the new 8-speed Sport Automatic transmission.
The 2012 X6 models offers the availability of a five-seat option with three-across seating in the rear. Current standard equipment makes the 2012 X6s an even better value.
The first ever Sports Activity Coupe that drives adrenaline with loads of capacity while breaking all barriers. The X6 Sports Activity Coupe is in a class all its own by offering so much in a sporty package.
