The Ciera is retired after a lengthy run. Taking its place is a brand-new model from Oldsmobile. The 1997 Cutlass shares it's platform and styling with the Chevy Malibu. Cutlass is available in base trim or GLS trim. Both versions are well-equipped. The 3.1-liter V-6 is the only available engine and is mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. Brakes are discs in the front and drums in the rear. ABS is standard.
