Four-door pickups are the latest trend in the truck market. All the major players have one on the market or in the works. Dodge has the 4-door Dakota Quad Cab as its entrant. The MAXXCab goes beyond the utilitarian roots of the Dakota, into the new niche of "luxury pickups", similar to the Lincoln Blackwood. The MAXXCab accelerates from 0-60 mph in 7.7 seconds, with a top speed of 114 mph.
