The Chrysler 300 is a large departure from the Intrepid/Concorde/300M models that it replaces. The 300 replaces the long rounded shapes of the Intrepid/Concorde with exaggerated boxiness. Similarly, the V6 FWD of the previous models has yielded to RWD, AWD, and a choice of V6, and V8 powertrains. If the styling doesnt grab attention, the 340hp 5.7L HEMI V8 in the 300C and the 425hp 6.1L HEMI V8 in the 300C SRT-8 will. The SRT-8 model even features a lowered ride and 20-inch wheels. Pricing starts in the mid-twenties for the base models and ends and quickly tops 30K for the 300C versions. Classic styling cues, an optional Hemi V-8, and fairly competitive pricing should make the 300 sedan irresistible.

What Changed:

The all-new 300 replaces the FWD Concorde and 300M models. Both RWD and AWD versions are offered. Engine choices include 2.7L and 3.5L V6s and 5.7L and 6.1L versions of the HEMI V8. The top of the line SRT-8 model boasts 425 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque.
