Nissan has introduced a succesful new sub-compact car to the US market. The Versa is sold in both 5-door and sedan forms and slots below the compact Sentra sedan. All Versas are powered by a 1.8L 4-cylinder engine rated at 120+ hp and 125+ lb-ft of torque. A continuously variable transmission (CVT) is optional.
The 2010 Versa wears a revised front grille. The interior features new seat fabric. There are also a number of changes to trim levels and option packages. The trim pieces used in the sport package are now standard on SL models.
