As the best selling car in the USA, the Camry epitomizes the refined midsize family sedan. The base Camry is equipped with a 169-bhp 2.5L I-4 and 6-speed automatic or manual. Camry V6 models feature a 268-bhp 3.5L V-6. Buyers looking for higher mileage will opt for the new Camry Hybrid model. The Camry Hybrid with Toyota's famed hybrid system promises 33 MPG in city driving.
Toyota gave the Camry some mid-cycle enhancements for 2010. All models feature a revised front fascia and bumper. The hybrid model now features a unique front end to distinguish it from the other models. A new 2.5L four cylinder engine becomes the standard powertrain. The new engine is rated at 169-bhp in LE and XLE grades and 179-bhp in four-cylinder SE models. All models except the hybrid now have six-speed transmissions.
