The Fiat lineup has gained a larger four-door, five passenger model named the 500L. This model is significantly larger than the diminutive coupe with proportions that rival subcompact 5-door models like the Ford Focus and Toyota Matrix. A standard 1.4l turbocharged four-cylinder engine provides power to the front wheels. Both manual and automatic six-speed transmissions are available. Four trim levels are offered ranging from the entry-level Pop to the top trim-level Trekking model. The 500L is due in showrooms in mid-2013.
