- An all-new Acadia bows for the 2017 model year. The restyled model has smaller external dimensions, shedding almost 6 in of length and 3 in of width. On the inside, passenger volume is largely unchanged, but the new model has given up a bit of cargo space behind the third row. Curb weight is down by 700 lbs. or more. Powertrain choices now include a choice of four-cylinder and V6 engines.
