2006 Los Angeles International Auto Show

Long overshadowed by the North American Auto Show, the Los Angeles Auto Show has now moved to the fall. This earlier time slot should make the show more agreeable to US debuts of cars shown at international shows like Frankfurt, Tokyo, and Paris. The 2006 show will be an officially sanctioned as an 'International' show by the OICA sanctioning body. The LA show will not permanently wear this distinction, but will share it with the Chicago Auto Show and New York Auto Show as they rotate playing a secondary role to Detroit.
