- 2006 Lexus GS
- New GS features updated styling that Lexus claims is a forebearer of more stylish new models to come. It rides on a 2 inch longer wheelbase, and has grown by .5 inch in longer overall. The GS300 features a new V6 that produces 25 more hp than last years model. The upscale GS430 adds 18 inch wheels and a more electronic control systems. GS300 is offered with all-wheel-drive which marks the first application of AWD in a Lexus passenger car.
- 2006 Lexus IS
- All-new IS is over 3 inches longer and 3 inches wider than the model it replaces. US models will be powered by either a 2.5L V6 or 3.5L V6. AWD is offered on the IS250. Also offered, will be the first diesel engine from Lexus.

- 2006 Lexus RX
- The successful RX adds a gas/electric hybrid model for 2006 dubbed the RX400h. Classified as a full hybrid, the RX is capable of running entirely on gasoline or electric power. Electric steering and a continuously variable transmission are part of the hybrid package. Lexus claims a half-second improvement in 0-60 times and an increase in mileage to 30/26 from 18/24.

- One of the first convertible hardtops on the market, the SC receives new front-end styling for 2006.
